Job Overview

As the Junior Technical Product Specialist, you’ll be a vital member of the CV Platform product team, reporting to the Product Manager and providing essential technical support to implement, maintain, and enhance CV’s website and internal tools. You’ll play a key role in supporting feature rollouts, technical troubleshooting, integrations, and configuration management to ensure optimal platform performance.

Working closely with the Product Manager and Business Analyst, you’ll help drive product goals forward and address technical needs across global teams.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Platform Feature Development and Rollout
    • Support the Product Manager by coordinating new feature releases, ensuring technical requirements are met and integrations align with product goals.
    • Collaborate with the Business Analyst to identify technical requirements based on data insights and feature performance metrics.
    • Help implement integrations with platforms such as HubSpot, Craft CMS, Sprinklr, and workflow management tools, ensuring that your work supports seamless team experiences.
  • Technical Product Support and Troubleshooting
    • Provide day-to-day technical support to internal teams, troubleshooting issues to maintain platform stability and reliability.
    • Be the go-to specialist for technical troubleshooting, coordinating with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and resolve issues quickly.
    • Develop and execute testing protocols for new features, integrations, and updates to ensure stability and functionality before release.
  • Quality Assurance and Process Improvement
    • Conduct product testing to ensure quality and partner with the Business Analyst to analyze feature performance and user experience.
    • Assist the Relationship Success Manager with creating technical training resources as needed, helping team members understand new features and product updates.
    • Identify areas for process improvement based on feedback and platform performance, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement at CV.
  • Technical Documentation and Communication
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation on platform features, configurations, and integrations, keeping information accessible for cross-functional teams.
    • Communicate technical updates and developments clearly across teams, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
    • Set and track your success metrics to ensure platform performance goals are met, using data insights to guide your work.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a technical or product support role.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in a product support, technical support, or junior product management role, ideally within a global or mission-driven organization.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with web technologies, CMS platforms, and integrations; experience with HubSpot, Google Workspace, Jira, Figma, and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You have strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving technical issues.
  • Communication Skills: You communicate technical concepts clearly, with the ability to bridge understanding between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Goal-Oriented Mindset: You are motivated by setting and meeting goals related to platform stability, performance, and user satisfaction.
  • Google Analytics: Familiarity with Google Analytics for light data tracking and reporting to support product insights.
  • Data Analysis: Basic understanding of Power BI or other reporting tools for generating insights.
  • Experience working with internationally based organizations or on global projects.
  • An interest in learning and growing within the field of technical product management, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
