Job Overview
The CV Platform product team works alongside stakeholders globally on the CV website, with the goal of activating churches to take the gospel in every direction.
We seek a skilled, creative, and strategic Relationship Success Manager on the CV Platform product team to lead and support country teams in creating, publishing, and managing content effectively for the CV website. The role involves onboarding, training, and supporting internal teams, ensuring alignment with the CV Platform’s vision and processes.
Working closely with the Product Manager, you will help internal teams integrate smoothly into the CV Platform ecosystem. You’ll leverage tools and frameworks for evangelism to promote the growth of CV Platform products while ensuring teams have the resources, training, and support they need.

Specific Responsibilities
- Internal Team Onboarding:
- Lead onboarding for new country teams and staff, ensuring they understand and align with the CV Platform’s vision and strategies.
- Train internal teams on systems and evangelistic tools, promoting successful adoption and consistent usage.
- Relationship Management and Expansion:
- Manage the onboarding of new internal teams into the technical ecosystem (e.g., Craft CMS, HubSpot, Jira, Figma, workflow management tools, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Crowdin, Excel, etc.), ensuring smooth integration and a unified approach across country teams globally.
- Strengthen relationships with existing internal teams, identifying growth opportunities and fostering cross-collaboration to enhance impact.
- Identify opportunities to introduce the CV Platform into additional markets, country teams, or digital ecosystems.
- Collaboration and Process Alignment:
- Act as a liaison between global country teams, the lead country team (also located in the North America office), and the product team, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and adherence to established systems and processes.
- Ensure all teams are following the systems and processes established by the Product Team.
- Reporting and Metrics:
- Track key metrics related to team onboarding, integration success, and process adherence.
- Provide the Product Manager with insights on performance and areas for growth, informed by data and engagement metrics.
- Training and Resource Management:
- Create and manage training materials, ensuring accessibility and adaptability for internal teams. This includes documenting tools, systems, and evangelistic best practices.
- Support teams in managing editorial cycles and localizing content through the CV Platform’s frameworks, ensuring relevance in different regions.
- Empower teams with a comprehensive understanding of the CV Platform content strategy, equipping them to enhance engagement through optimized content creation.
Other tasks and responsibilities:
The Relationship Success Manager will also be expected to perform other relevant tasks and responsibilities as required to support the broader objectives of CV - These may include:
- Lead AI learning model initiatives: work on innovative projects, such as AI learning models developed by partners, and train local teams on how to adopt these technologies effectively.
- Manage research projects: oversee research projects, including the coordination of contractors, and share findings with the Product Manager, product team, and lead country team.
- Manage purchase orders and payments: process purchase orders, manage payments to suppliers, and ensure the closure of completed orders.
General Responsibilities

- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve marketing strategies.
- Adhere to Christian Vision’s organizational guidelines, policies, and Statement of Faith.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding Christian Vision’s internal affairs, including employee-related matters.

- Serve as a positive representative of CV in all communications and interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Theology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience in digital relationship management.
- 3+ years of experience in relationship success, stakeholder engagement, or digital client success roles, ideally within global or mission-driven organizations.
- Proven ability to onboard, train, and support cross-functional teams, ensuring they understand and adopt digital tools and content frameworks essential to CV’s mission.
- Technical proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including Jira, Crowdin, Google Workspace, SharePoint, Teams, HubSpot, Figma, Notion, Keynote, and Excel for streamlined operations, content management, and cross-functional communication.
- Data literacy and experience in tracking and analyzing engagement metrics, using insights to optimize content strategies and evangelism tools in alignment with CV’s objectives around faith journeys, outreach, and engagement.
- Strong project management skills, guiding teams through content localization, editorial cycle management, and adherence to CV’s multi-language, scalable evangelism goals.
- Proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to bridge global teams, align goals, and advocate for CV’s mission across cultures and languages.
